Success Foundation International is a very young and dynamic Non Governmental Organisation which has been in the country since April 2004 as Success bank International but was re-registered and begun serious work as Success Foundation International in April 2009 under the company code of 1967 Act 179 and issued with a certificate to operates as an NGO with the aim of empowering the youth in the country to acquire entrepreneurial skills which would enable them to make a meaningful venture of their lives so as not to indulge themselves in evil vices such as ‘Sakawa’, armed robbery and so forth in their quest to make a living for themselves.
The organisation has since last year organised several seminars for Junior High and Senior High students especially within the Tema Municipality which was very successful and we believe would help them to be more organised as well as focused as they leave their schools and had to stay home for some time before moving to the next level of their lives and to also prepare them wherever they may find themselves.
DESCRIPTION
THE ORGANISATION’S GENERAL AIMS
AND OBJECTIVES ARE TO:
1. Equip the youth impeccably for the future through entrepreneurship
2. Educate the youth about their future careers and how to achieve them.
3. Organize debates, symposia, lectures, voluntary work and other social activities in the interest of the youth or members.
4. Help the youth especially the brilliant but needed to secure scholarships and enhance their talents.
5. Seek the general welfare of youth worldwide and offer advice on matters concerning their welfare.
6. Undertake economic projects and appeal for funds in the bid to raise funds for the youth to develop their brilliant ideas and talents.
7. Work in close harmony with authorities’ worldwide on arising matters.
8. Help members and youth who are in school to have internships per their various courses to give them some working experience.
9. Involve in diverse matters concerning the youth.
